The George Marshall Store Gallery at the Old York Historical Society will feature etchings and woodblock prints by Scott Schnepf in the Dock Level Gallery during the fall of 2006. The artist came to South Berwick, Maine over twenty years ago, and has taught drawing, printmaking, and painting at the University of New Hampshire for as many years. His large still-life compositions incorporate dozens of objects stacked and scattered, giving the impression of an urban landscape. He has exhibited throughout the United States, and his work is in permanent collections including the Portland Museum of Art and the Library of Congress.
